Honestly, this is not an easy question to answer. Several people visit several times in a row in Dubai/ UAE for a job hunt but couldn’t succeed but few get easily
You must prepare yourself for answering the following facts
- Why should an Overseas Company hire you?
- Local candidates available
- You are fresh to the area/ market
- Visa cost is to be borne by the company
- Visa procedure will take time
- Top of it, they don’t you well
Indeed, there are a few parameters that will increase your chances of securing employment but no guarantee.
- Compromise on your package
- Plan long term – 5 to 7 years (min)
- Hard work needs to be done in penetrating market
- Your CV should be professional and hitting target
- Your interview should comfort them
